What is the parking situation like?

The parking situation is great! There is a parking lot right in front of our coworking space. We have an exclusive agreement with the parking owner to lease parking spaces for our ZenVen Coworking members at a lower rate. However, if you're looking for something more convenient, there is also free parking available in the nearby area, or Prishtina Parking service in the main street B and C.

Can members access the space 24/7?

The access schedule for our coworking space depends on the type of membership you have. For some memberships, 24/7 access is included, while others may have more limited access hours. If you have 24/7 access, you are able to enter the space at any time, day or night.

How to make payments?

Making payments is easy. We issue an invoice for your dedicated package, which you can then pay directly to our bank account. Simply transfer the amount due to our designated bank account and make sure to include the invoice number for reference. If you need assistance or have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email.

When are late fees applied?

Payments are due on the first five days of the business week of each month to which they apply. ZenVen reserves the right to charge late fees and/or withhold services if payments are not received on time.

What is ZenVen cancellation/termination policy?

Our cancellation or termination policy for membership in our coworking space is as follows: 

  1. Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to our staff. 
  2. For monthly memberships, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. 
  3. For long-term memberships, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the terms of the agreement. 
  4. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before a membership can be cancelled.
  5. Members are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning fees that may incur during their membership. 
  6. Our staff reserves the right to terminate a membership if the member violates any of our community rules or regulations.

Is there a kitchen or break room area available?

Yes, we have a kitchen and break room area available for our members. The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and sink. Our break room area is a comfortable space where members can relax, grab a snack, and socialize with other members. We encourage all members to keep the kitchen and break room tidy and clean after each use.

Can I bring my kid while working there?

At #ZenVen coworking space, everyone is welcomed - especially the little ones! We know that being a parent and a professional can be a challenge, so we're excited to offer a space where you can bring your little ones while you work. Our kids area is designed with safety, comfort, and fun in mind.  

Is there a designated area for breaks or relaxation, such as a lounge or outdoor space?

Yes, we have a designated area for breaks or relaxation. Our lounge area is a comfortable and cozy space where members can take a break, relax, and socialize with other members. In addition, we also have a beautiful outdoor space where members can enjoy fresh air and a change of scenery. Both the lounge and outdoor spaces are available for members to use at their convenience.
