Connected, Creative, and Grounded: Vlerta’s ZenVen Story

“As a remote and freelance worker, I was looking for a way to break the routine of working from home, which can get a bit isolating at times,” says Vlerta. “I joined ZenVen to bring more variety into my day and to connect with like-minded people.”

Like many creatives navigating freelance life, Vlera was searching for more than just a place to work—she was looking for community, structure, and inspiration. And in ZenVen, she found exactly that.

“Since then, it’s really changed how I work. I’ve built great relationships with both the community and the space itself. It’s helped me stay motivated, more creative, and feel part of something bigger even while working independently.”

Beyond the daily rhythm of design tasks and UI challenges, one particular experience stood out for Vlera—a moment that reflected the spirit of the ZenVen community.

“There was one time I had the chance to collaborate with someone from the office on a project. Even though it didn’t end up working out due to timing and other commitments, the experience showed me how open and supportive the community is. It made me realize that whenever I need a hand with something, I know exactly where to find my people.”

That sense of belonging, even when working solo, is something many freelancers crave, and it’s exactly what ZenVen aims to nurture.

When asked to sum up her experience, Vlera didn’t hesitate:

“Supportive, inspiring, and grounding — it’s a space that keeps me connected, both creatively and socially, while still letting me focus on my work.”
